Your own workspace
Each company is a separate workspace. Every request is checked against your membership before any figure is read, and our tests call every function as a stranger to prove it is refused.
Roles
Owner, admin, exec and viewer. Viewers read everything and change nothing; only owners can delete a workspace.
Invites
An invite is a link for one email address, valid for seven days and usable once. You copy it to the person yourself.
Read-only connections
Athena reads your timesheets, accounting, calendars and pipeline. It never writes back to them.
Auxo ID sign-in
No Athena passwords. Sign in with Auxo ID by email code, Microsoft or Google; email addresses must be verified.
An activity log
Who placed a time entry, invited someone or changed a role is recorded, and the log cannot be edited.
Your data stays yours
Your figures live in your workspace. Deleting the workspace deletes them.
