Do we have to change our tools?
No. Athena reads Harvest, Sage, Xero, Microsoft 365 and your pipeline as they are. Nobody re-types anything.
Does Athena change anything in our systems?
No. Connections are read-only.
How long until we see our own numbers?
About two weeks from the start of setup to your first real Monday report.
What if our timesheets are messy?
That is normal. Entries Athena cannot place wait in Triage, and the weekly flags show who has not logged time, so it improves week by week.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We show you Athena on a sample business shaped like yours before you connect anything.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Directors read it on their phones; the working detail is there when you are at a desk.
Does Ask Athena use AI?
It answers a set of questions from your own figures and shows the table it used. When it cannot answer from your data it says so instead of guessing.
Who can see what?
Each company has its own workspace with owner, admin, exec and viewer roles. People join by an invite for their own email address.
